Smudge the darkest shade along creases and lashlines. Press a shimmer or metallic shade onto center of lids for a high-shine finish. Then trace Perfectly Defined Gel Eyeliner along lashlines to polish off your look. Remove the cap at the end to use the built-in sharpener.
