How do I use it: Spread a thin layer onto clean skin at night and leave on for five to 20 minutes. First-time users or those with sensitive skin, start with five minutes. Advanced users do not exceed 20 minutes. Rinse off with warm water then follow up with your favorite moisturizer. For use two to three times a week at night.
