How do I use it: Apply Prime Time® Eyeshadow Extender to clean, dry lids and let set for 30 seconds. Then, blend with fingers for all-day wear.
SWIRL a small amount of loose shadow in the cap with a shadow brush. TAP away any excess. BUFF onto your eyelids in a sweeping motion. For wet eye shadow application, spray a small amount of water into the shadow cap, then add a sprinkle of shadow. Swirl the shadow and water together with a brush and buff onto your eyelids.
