Lip Gloss-Balm is a hybrid gloss + balm in one that's made with a formula that is packed with hydrating ingredients for sheer color, glossy shine, and irresistibly soft lips.
How do I use it: Position wand horizontally and sweep mascara upward from root to tip to achieve length and lift. Wiggle from side to side to volumize, then use the tapered peak of the brush to separate and define. Layer generously to achieve full, fluffy volume.
Apply eyeliner along your upper lash line starting at the inner corner working outward, staying as close to lashes as possible. Follow the natural shape of your eye, extending just past the outer corner. Tip: Tilt your head back and lift your eyelid just above the eyebrow so you can better reach your lash line while applying.
SWIRL a small amount of loose shadow in the cap with a shadow brush. TAP away any excess. BUFF onto your eyelids in a sweeping motion. For wet eye shadow application, spray a small amount of water into the shadow cap, then add a sprinkle of shadow. Swirl the shadow and water together with a brush and buff onto your eyelids.
Apply blush to the apples of your cheeks, blending along your cheekbones.
Wear balm alone for sheer, glossy color, or layer over lipstick to add shine and dimension.
