How do I use it: Begin by lighting the candle to bring the outside in. Extinguish at an even level of fully pooled oil.
Pour a capful of shower oil into hands to warm the oil. Slowly breathe in the aroma and massage onto torso before stepping into the bath or shower.
Finally, add a few drops of pure essential oil to your chosen carrier oil (not included) and apply to wrists. Or remove dropper, attach the diffusion head, and insert into atomiser (not included) for pure, undiluted diffusion.
