How do I use it: To turn on, rotate the base counter clockwise until vibration starts. To turn off, rotate base clockwise until vibration stops. For the jawline: Starting at the jawline, gently roll upward toward the ears and under the chin in short strokes. Repeat five times. For the cheeks: Starting at the jawline, gently roll upward to sculpt your cheeks. Continue five times on one side then switch to the other side. For tech neck: Glide the roller in up and down vertical strokes. Use for three minutes.
