Rated 1 out of 5 by from Broken I received my elliptical and I believe it was dropped by the delivery because it does not work right!!!! Now I’m stuck with this elliptical that doesn’t work and I can’t return because I got rid of the box, which was wet because it was raining when it was delivered!!!! SOOO FRUSTRATING

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Junk Not too long after using I heard a clunk and the right arm came off. I applied a little white grease which worked but needed to add every few days. Then the program kept giving me an error message. I would unplug and then plug in again and unit would only work on program 24. After a little over a year, after the warranty expired, the right pedal arm broke. Was able to get replacement part only from Xterra. Now there is a clunking noise coming from the right side and the aluminum glide rails are cracked. Would not recommend this machine. Not reliable and of good quality.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not reliable I bought this in December 2016. Just before the warranty expired the part that controls the resistance change failed. Showed an error code of E1. I called the company and they knew there were issues. I was sent a replacement part immediately. Well roughly a uear after that it has failed again, just yesterday in fact. i can only use the machine on a single resistance and program 1. If I try to change to a different program I get the E1error message and it beeps until you unplug it. Very frustrating. Its a sturdy machine but it has problems. I refuse to start buying that part every year. So its going to be a pretty boring routine i guess.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Getting me in shape I’m 54 years old. I walk a lot and I’m on my feet all day. However, I’m not in shape. I got this Elliptical to help me do just that. I started at 5 minutes a day, I currently doing 10 minutes. I’ve lost 9 pounds and I feel some much stronger. This machine is sturdy, the feet pedals are comfortable. The programs to increase your works have so many options. My husband put the machine together, the instructions made it very easy. I am super happy with this product. Easy pay made this affordable. Thank you QVC.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great at first, cannot use a year later Loved this elliptical when first bought. Easy to put together, but a couple of small hiccups such as some pieces not fitting/lining up, but did not affect the operation of the machine. First few months were great and smooth, then the noises started. Thought since it was a few months old it needed some tightening and adjusting which we did. Then a clunking started to happen and finally it came off the track. Easily popped back in and started again, but then the speed had to be minimal and the popping off became more frequent. Of course now it’s a year later, I’m basically out the $529 unless Xterra can help. Very disappointed when it started off so great, but now it’s merely taking up space in my room sadly.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Fell apart The first week it was great. Silent! The following week a squeak started in the left side. No big deal. louder the 2nd week. Start of week 3 I felt a pop in the joint of the glider on the right side. As the week progressed it got louder and more frequent. Today as I was on it the pop got louder and the glider suddenly jumped of track and I nearly went flying. You can put the glider back on but only works a few strokes and falls back off. Since it sat in the box for a few weeks before use I am past QVCs return policy and stuck with it in hopes xterra helps.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Customer Service I was missing a part (4 screws). I contacted Xterra and the representative was very helpful very professional and courteous and I had no problems with setting up my registration and I should be receiving my part in 2 to 3 days. Great customer service from QVC and Xterra.
