How long should a return take? Too long at QVC.
These shoes were much larger than other vionic's I have purchased. I returned them on May 25th and have had no communication from QVC. It is June 16th. When buying on line communication is paramount and QVC needs to work on theirs in my opinion.

Need size 12W!
Love Vionic shoes and sneakers but I have big feet a rarely do I see 12W. Please include 12W in your line. I always buy when you have the 12W in shoes, sneakers and slippers.Please add this size to your line. I also went on your web site rarely find 12W. Thank you

Vionic Design Miss!
Purchased this Vionic Mesh Adjustable Strap Slip-On Mesh Sneakers-Milan. I only wear Vionic! The Sneaker came up to high on the top of my foot! The adjustable strap made the sneaker too tight across the foot! Also, the adjustable strap was not very adjustable. Velcro strap did not hold adequately unless pulled tightly so it would adhere to the shoe! This sneaker is designed for a slender and narrower foot. Disappointed and returned Vionic Sneakers.

Nice Shoe - Mismatch to my Arch
Really nice shoe and really like the velcro, but my arch does not match the shoe arch for Vionic. Vionic arch is a bit farther back (closer to the heel) than mine in this shoe.

Please add CUSHION
Dear Vionic. Your shoes are wonderful however your sneakers lack cushion. Please please add shock absorbency in the outsole and cushion on top of your insole. Support is great but please put a layer of cush on top of your insoles!
