How do I use it: For natural feathered brows: Using the tinted balm in a back-and-forth motion, apply tinted balm directly on brows to add volume. Use the spoolie to feather and perfect your brows for a soap brow effect. Use the pencil as needed to fill in any sparse areas.
For defined feathered brows: Use the pencil end first to fill in and shape your brows as desired. Use the tinted balm in a back and forth motion to add volume and hold to your brows. Use the spoolie to feather and perfect your brows.
