My phone has a plug issue bought a new one cord, now can't keep it charged long enough to bring it anywhere, it doesn't charge at all. And then the data empties without me using it twice in two months. Never had any problems with any of these Tracfons before.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from MINUTES DO NOT ROLL OVER I BOUGHT THIS PHONE IN APRIL OF 2019 ,,MINUTES WERE SUPPOSED TO ROL OVE WHEN I CALLED TO CHECK ,I WAS TOLED THEY WOULD ROLLOVER,,BUT WHEN THE YEAR WAS UP ,I CALLED & WAS TOLD THEY WOULD ,,THEN WHEN I TRIED THE PHONE IT WAS DEACTIVATED & I CALLED & GOT THE RUN AROUND FROM FOUR AGENTS & HAD TO BUY 500 MINUTES TO GET MINE TO ROLLOVER,,I DON'T KNOW IF I WILL HAVE A MONTHLY CHARGE OR IF I WILL HAVE A YEAR TO USE THE NOW 1800 MINUTES I HAVE,,IF SO THEN IT'S GOODBYE TRACFONE,,

I'm stress with this phone. Hope Tracfone will educate their customer service dealing with their customers concern...

I called tracphone 3 times, had 3 different reps helping me but no one could fix it. They said it was a network problem. I decided to call samsung since their is a limited warrantly(or so I thought) but they told me it wasn't the phone and I should call tracphone customer service again. This is probably my 4th tracphone and I have never had a problem, but I just upgraded each time I purchased a new one. Very disappointed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from NICE PHONE - HORRIBLE TRACFONE SERVICE Bought the phone - excellent phone - but none of the minutes were added - Four phone calls and approximate four hours on the phone with TracFone and still trying to get minutes, text, and data added. Actually bought two of these phones and one activated properly but the second has been a nightmare.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tracfone J 7 Crown 5.5 I was having a terrible time taking pictures with this camera. I started looking at the outside camera lens, and notice it had plastic over the lens. So I though what do I have to loose, it take horrible pictures so I started to pull the plastic off. I finally got it off and it was a small bag with numbers on it. WOW! what great pictures I have now. I ordered a new phone and just cancelled it. So all you who have this phone check the outside lens.

What a waste of money...will not buy another Samsung! From what I've researched, it is a known issue...moving on to something better.
