How do I use it: Line the perimeter of your lips along the top and bottom with lip liner. Feel free to fill in slightly further into your lips if desired. You can also fill in entire lip with the liner or pair with the lip balm.
Glide lipstick onto lips to color in the remaining areas, as you would with any other lipstick.
To turn the matte lipstick look into a glossy finish, dab a small amount of lip balm over the lips as the finishing step (two to three rotations around the pot will do). The balm can also be worn by itself for a sheerer berry tint and moisturizing nourishment on the lips.
