I get the impression that there were not a lot of these sets available. I am so glad that I ordered it when it was first shown. It is quality earthenware - solid and the art work is beautiful. I was pleased that the dinner plates and salad/desert plates have an uneven surface. This gives the plates a bit of character, but doesn't interfere with the design of the plate itself, particularly the artwork. I was also happy to see a little foot on the bottom of the plates that prevents the plates from scratching each other. The soup/cereal bowls are much bigger than I thought they would be. Great for salads, stews and soups. I think there was an error in the description of the mugs The ones that came with the set 16 oz, not 14. I've been looking to buy a new set of dishes and these are perfect. Wish they could bring other pieces of the bunny pattern, such as salt and pepper shaker, butter dish,
