Open the activating rods and remove capsule and swab. Snap open one rod at the blue line, insert the swab inside the capsule, and gently push the black line until the swab end becomes saturated with gel. Rub the gel across your teeth and leave on for 30 seconds.
Next, use a pearl-size drop of both the Toothpaste and Accelerator together on a dry toothbrush. Brush the area between each tooth where the gumline meets and make tiny circles for two minutes, twice daily.
