Excellent product!
I was using scissors to trim our small yard before I bought this grass shear. Wow, what a difference! And the company is first-rate. Not many companies these days offer outstanding customer service, but this one does. I highly recommend Sun Joe.

Nice tool with cheap battery and short service lif
It's a good little tool but the battery stops taking a charge after three years of light use and gentle handling. With today's technology, a battery should last for six or more years, this one is just no good.
The battery is not replaceable, so after a too short service life, you're left with a paper weight. And Sun Joe does NOT stand behind their products one second past the warranty.
Do yourself a favor and get a bigger brand name that will last longer.

Garbage!
This is a cheap piece of machinery! Plastic teeth on the main cog broke off the first time I trimmed GRASS!

Worked great then didn't
Clipper worked great the first year. Then stopped working at all. Sun Joe support system is top notch. They identified the problem and rectified it. Great warranty.

Works well, long life battery
My old clipper finally stopped working so I gave Sun Joe a try and am glad I did. Reasonably priced and it works well. The battery lasts and I am having a good time with this clipper, almost too much fun and looking for more grass to trim :)
