Lots of room for veggies, adding some broth or wine helps make a perfect gravy. Also great for lasagna, baked ziti, and meatloaf. So versatile and perfect results every time. Money well spent.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing roasts This is an amazing pan. All the benefits of raw cast iron without the fuss. The enamel coating means no seasoning and easy cleanup. The matte texture allows for great browning and crispness. The Iron has amazing heat retention and heats very evenly......no hotspots.It can go straight into the oven or start on the stovetop to get a great quick sear first. Its great for roasted veggies, potatoes and meats. I love everything about this pan.

It conducts and distributes heat evenly so that you can relax and let the pan and oven do the roasting! When it is done you can make your gravy directly in the pan without waiting for the pan to heat up, saving you time in those time-crunch moments before the meal is on the table. This size is good for dressing cooked outside of the bird as well! So many uses year-round.

I use this pan when I am making a big lasagna for parties because I love how it is cast iron, so that cheese gets crusty and the lasagna will stay hot even when it has been out of the oven for a long time because the cast iron retains the heat. The handles are nice and big, so I can get a good grip on them when I am taking it out of the oven. I also like how it is enameled so that I don't have to do any special maintenance, like normal cast iron.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Roasting in Cast Iron Has Its Advantages I love a cast iron roasting pan for browning and crisping. I often roast vegetables in this pan, because it does such a good job of cooking them evenly and quickly. This full size roasting pan can hold a large roast, two chickens, or perfect lasagna. Potatoes come out beautifully. And unlike stainless steel roasting pans, I find cast iron to be must easier to clean.
