Hard Leather
The leather on this shoe is beautiful however it is so stiff you end up with sores. Have purchased other shoes of theits and never had this difficult of a time breaking them in

Sadly had to return :(
These are precious but they just don’t fit my wider foot properly through the toe box. I even tried slippery microfiber socks and no luck. I was so bummed out as they are simply adorable!!

Love these shoes!
I absolutely adore these shoes! I wanted the red but as my size was gone I chose the blue instead. As I really like this whimsical style I would have also gotten the brown just a last color choice. I wear a size 8 in most of the shoes I’ve ordered from QVC, and not had a problem. These run SMALL. I read a couple of reviews and some mentioned that so I ordered up half a size. I probably could have used a full size 9 when I tried them on, my heel looked close the edge. I called customer service but the larger size was only available in brown. I decided to keep the blue 8 1/2. Upon wearing my foot seemed to settle in and they are fine. I would caution buyers to order up.

So disappointing.
While these shoes are as cute as can be and, seem very well made, the fit was horrible! The toe box is so large that they would not stay on my feet when I tried to take a step in them. I have other Spring Steps and have never had this issue. I think that it is may just be this line of L'Artiste.

Best ever!
I ordered these because they were so cute in spite of several negative reviews, but I am extremely pleased not just with the look, but with the fit and comfort. I wear these everywhere. Wore them 3 days in a row when I first received them without any discomfort or break in time. They are great! True to size. I will continue to buy L'Artiste; always pleased!
