How do I use it: For the Power Whitening Gel, remove the cap and press actuator several times to prime the pump. Apply an equal amount of Power Whitening Gel to toothbrush alongside regular toothpaste. Brush teeth for the two minutes, starting with front surfaces of upper and lower teeth. Remember to also brush back surfaces of teeth, where plaque, tartar, and tooth stains can hide. Rinse.

For the Advanced Whitening Pen, after taking off the cap, twist the opposite end until a small drop of gel is visible on the brush tip. For a brand-new pen, several twists may be required to break the seal and prime the brush. Apply a thin layer of the gel directly onto the front surfaces of the upper and lower teeth, and allow it to dry for a few seconds. Replace the cap. It is recommended to abstain from eating or drinking for 20 minutes after application.
