Design flaw. As you turn the vacuum the base hits the wheels. Due to this the wheels have broken off. One at a time. Do not purchase. Less than 6 months ownership. Only using vacuum on 2 bedrooms with carpet. 2 area rugs (5×7) on tile floors. Small ranch. Disappointed.

I love this vacuum.
It's light, it's sleek, it's surprisingly quiet, and boy... This vacuum has some powerful suck. I was in denial about how dirty my carpet was, and I can never go back.

Visible difference
I use this to clean at the resort where I work. It’s so incredible to see the sand all over the carpet removed by this amazing vacuum! I seriously would never use a different vacuum after using this! I have my own cleaning business and I use sharks everywhere I go!!!

Not a long lasting vacum

Much heavier
I had a shark before I got this one because it said it was self-cleaning. I’ve had it for less than a month and already had to clean the roll. It’s also much heavier than my old one and clunky.

Not as good as the older ones
We had a Shark Rotator Professional liftaway for many years and loved it. The hose cracked so we bought the Navigator liftaway. It's not as sturdy as the Rotator and the hose is very short. In fact when I try to use the accessories, I always tip the unit over because the hose is so short. We were able to buy a replacement hose for the old one and prefer to use that. The Navigator might be good for a dorm or apartment but not for regular use.

THIS IS A POWER HOUSE VACUUM. IT SUCKED UP MONTHS OF DUST THAT MY VACUUM MISSED. IT IS LIGHT AND EASY TO MOVE AROUND. LOVE IT !!!

Best Vacuum I’ve Used!
I bought this today. I had a very terrible Bissell for about a year. I vacuumed with the Bissell before my new shark. The Bissell barely picked anything up and my shark picked up almost triple the amount! It has great suction, it’s easy to maneuver, and it’s fairly quiet! I love it already!
