Ring Floodlight Security Camera Wide Angle HD Two-Way Talk w/ 3-Year Warranty is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 78.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ring Flood Light Best thing ever!!!! Would not and could not live without this now. I thought it would be another security light/video camera that only worked for a short time...NOT...it work perfectly. I have already caught several animals wandering on my back porch and one man walking around the back of my house. It's ideal when I'm at work, I can go on the app and go to live view to see what's happening in the back yard. I have nothing bad to say about this, just get you one and you will see!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from LOSES SIGNAL I HAD THIS INSTALLED ON DEC 5TH BY AN ELECTRICIAN. IT WAS INSTALLED OVER THE GARAGE DOOR VIEWING THE DRIVEWAY. WHEN PAIRED IT WORKED GREAT. GOOD IR AND CLEAR PICS. HOWEVER I NOTICED THAT WHILE YOU ARE VIEWING THE AREA WITHIN MINS IT STOPS VIEWING AND HAS TO BE REFRESHED. AND IT DOES NOT ALWAYS PAIR WITH MY TABLET. TAKES SEVERAL ATTEMPTS. SOMETIMES THE PIC COMES IN AND SOMETIMES A BLACK SCREEN. I CHECK THE CONNECTION AND IT SHOWS CONNECTED. I EVEN PUT A RANGE EXTENDER CLOSE BY. NO HELP HERE. ALSO IT TAKES FOREVER TO GET IT UP WHEN YOU WANT TO VIEW AN EVENT HAPPENING NOW. NOT HAPPY WITH PERFORMANCE. there are more problems.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Works with right equipment I would have given 5 star, because it does exactly what I wanted, gives good bright light and has camera, but with the installation and download of apps have to give 0. Says it is compatible with android and ios but is not compatible with amazon fire, which just says fire os, of which I have 3, and wanted to use one of them as a monitor, had to put on my tracphone, which charges each time I get a text. Also is not compatible with Bluetooth on my Samsung phone so have to keep it turned off and decide if I want Ring or Bluetooth in my car. I had to call customer service to even download the app, and he was very nice and patient with me, but why cant they make sure it works with at least the major programs. Already was installed when I found this out or would have sent back. Guess the moral of the story is wait til everybody has one and read all the reviews.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from A security camera that doesn't work at night! After getting my security camera installed and everything set up it seemed to work great! then about 2 weeks into it, it no longer picks up motion at night nor does it record anything. The light does come on, if you're all the way up to the door but it still doesn't record anything or alert anyone. Apparently Ring is aware of the issue but can't give a time frame it will be corrected. No use calling if you're not standing right next to the camera then you are up and down the ladder resetting the camera, resetting the modem, blah, blah, blah. Tried to explain it has to be something with the programming or updates - the camera works great during the daylight hours. Not very happy with the product or customer service. Just want my money back and will try Google or Nest product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from so sad Unfortunately this has a defect. The flood lights will not go off, they just stay on. Will be returning this after I climb up a ladder and remove. Sad thing is I paid a huge amount of money to have it wired in. Sorry QVC your Q was not strong on this one. This should never happen. I called the company and apparently there are some of these with issues. It could have been a wonderful tool.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Glad I upgraded from the Ring Doorbell I initially purchased the Ring Doorbell and it never worked properly, despite many calls to tech support, moving my router, etc. The doorbell would miss a lot of motion recordings, was difficult to set the motion zones, and the quality of the video was poor. I decided to upgrade to the Security light and I'm so glad I did! The flood lights are SUPER bright and adjustable. It's much simpler to set your motion zones on this camera than the doorbell. The video quality, whether the lights are on or not, is much better and clearer. Setup was fairly easy, just know that you do need to hard-wire this one. I prefer the hard-wired cameras because they're always on. One drawback of the doorbell was the need to recharge the batteries every 5-6 days, and while you're charging, the camera is inoperable. This is much more convenient and safe. If you're deciding between the doorbell and the security cameras, spend a few more dollars and go for the cameras.
