Worst thing I’ve ever bought
It has no durability. I’ve weighed it down with weights and it still moves and sways with the wind. Terrible product.

Not Worth The Money
The umbrella stand is not durable enough to handle the weight of the umbrella. The umbrella kept tipping over and was not sturdy. I had to purchase a bigger and stronger stand for the umbrella. The umbrella itself is not stationary and would move with the wind which wasnt safe if you were under the umbrella. After 2 months of having the umbrella the cord broke when I was cranking it open. Returned it for a refund.

can't stand up under its own weight!
the umbella canopy itself is quite large & pretty, so, two stars for those things..
beyond that, its not good.. the crossed pieces of metal the base is made of are very thin, and seems like it would give out easily.. which brings me to my next point..
this umbrella can't seem to stand under its own weight when open! i understand that it requires additional weight to prevent blowing over in high wind, but nowhere does it say in the description that its unable to be used at all without extra weight!
It wasn't on clearence & it wasn't cheap, & I don't know how i didnt see the terrible reviews its gotten, since normally i read them, they aren't wrong..
We intend to weigh this down & likely bolt it to the deck, which eliminates any ability to move it around, part of the reason we chose this umbrella was that & the size ..
I will happily update my review if proven wrong & i hope to BE proven wrong.. as it is, im debating the return.. :-(

Spoiled Birthday Party
Item never delivered to address noted. Tracking information stated, refused at address. A sign on door asking, delivery staff to ring doorbell and place pkg on the left of door on chair or black crate.

Terrible product DO NOT BUY
The pole frame bent in half during light winds. It was flooded down, closed and secured but still bent completely in half. The bungee cords were placed after the damage to it wouldn't tip over while I took a photo.Terrible product and I'd like a refund! Where is QVC on this?

Problems
This arrived without the hardware needed to set up the stand. The actual metal piece with umbrella is wide I cannot use any of my existing stands. I have an umbrella and no way to put it up!!! Rip off

Horrible umbrella
We opened the box in July when Seattle gets sun, it lasted two weeks and broke! Too late to return! Worst buy EVER from QVC! Do not buy this product!
