Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to use and works great. Easily makes spirals out of any veggies or semihard food. Very small and doesn’t take up much space in the cupboard. Bright green so it’s easy to find. Dishwasher safe.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Doesn’t hold the vegetables well. I was able to make it work; however, I’m on the hunt to find one that has better teeth to grip the veggies to the hand protector. Don’t recommend.Oxo Hand Held Spiralizer

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good for 1 portion Love the price, love the size. It is an effort for arthritic hands, but does make nice uniform spirals. I live alone and would never be able to make more than 1 portion of zoodles. I also would not be able to spiralize anything harder than a ripe zucchini

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Disappointed A very flimsy product. Try as hard as I might I could not make it work. I will be returning. It would probably be worth spending more money and getting something that will work.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great gadget for the kitchen This is a great gadget for the kitchen. It's easy to use and clean up is much easier than with the hand cranked spiralizer I have. With the OXO, I spiralized two zucchinis and a small Idaho potato. The directions suggest using a zucchini with a 1-1/4 inch diameter. The larger size zucchinis are not in season where I live but the smaller size still worked. I quick fry my zoodles in a tiny bit of oil and add a pinch of salt and a quirt of Lemonade Mio water enhancer. It's delicious. I do need to find some deep frying recipes for the potatoes. I think they should be quick deep fried for that golden color and crunch. I also want to try spiralizing the long stem of a broccoli. I saw it on Youtube and I was totally surprised. This gadget is fun to use.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Fun addition to the kitchen [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My ten year old and I have had some fun adding this tool to our repertoire. We spiralized potatoes and zucchinni at a small cost compared to store bought zoodles. We found that our toddler enjoyed the size and it encouraged them to eat more veggies. This is a great tool for an inexpensive way to get in on this trend. If you are looking to do large amounts very frequently though, you might want something that is larger and a little easier and leaves less waste. This is compact and with a little elbow grease you can spiralize veggies and fruit. Something firm works best!
