Charging plug does not fit securely
Not happy for as much I paid for this device the charging plug does not fit well into the device. Does “snap” in if you will. Has to be placed just right for charging being oh so careful not to move it as the plug will just fall out. Grrrrr

Bad packaging....
I have to agree with the other reviewer. My package arrived in extremely bad condition, the worse I have ever received from QVC. Because there are damage to the headphones, I have to re-send the package back and hope that the next one is packaged better. Everything else packaged was fine. I'm sure my granddaughter will be happy with the gift and I hope I am also with the next one I receive.

Poor packaging
I'm very upset because I sent this gift to my grandson directly,to be opened at Christmas. The package was delivered completely smashed with the taping open. My daughter had to call customer service to verify that all the loose items inside were there. Who knows if the product was damaged. It now has to be re-wrapped as a gift for the holiday and hope it works. QVC should pay attention how there items are shipped,especially that this is an expensive gift.
