Run short
Very sturdy slipper. Look like they will hold up for a long time. Ordered size 13 and they ran short so had to return and reorder the XL item in size 14. Customer service was very helpful.

Soft as butter
Got these for my husband for Xmas. I was afraid he wouldn't like them or they wouldn't fit. Wrong on both counts !! He hasn't taken them off since he opened the box. They are sooo soft yet sturdy ,& they smell wonderful. ( at least when new ) haha. He usually wears a 9 1/2 , but since he wears socks the 10 fits him perfectly.great purchase..
