Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality cooker I hadn't had a pressure cooker since the 70s, had to throw it away after a burned dinner! I have tried to follow the directions, still trying to get the hang of it, the 2nd roast beef didn't burn as badly as the first; progress. The flavor was great! my husband couldn't stop eating the 2nd roast beef. The first one had to be thrown away, didn't put enough water/broth so it burned, luckily, the clean up with this is fairly easy! It is a little loud in open kitchen and family room, so I put it in the screened porch on a table. This is a quality machine, its a keeper.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Difficult lid I loved the look, very elegant. Also loved the capacity and stainless steel, all reasons why I purchased it. However, the lid is very difficult to put on, took quite a while. The countdown for the setting I chose kept repeating itself and increasing in the amount of time, that was weird. Disappointed, so I am returning, but really loved the look. Wish it had worked out.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Beautiful looking and works great but...... I love the look of this it’s very pretty and works fine as a pressure cooker but something needs to be done about the lid ! It took me a good 10 mins to get the lid on and by that time your food could have been cooked. When I bought his last year and watched the demo I noticed Martha herself had trouble and I noticed when I saw it on again today no one actually put the lid on. Martha this is beautiful and I would love to use but put it away because I don’t know if I’ll be able to get the lid on. Please do the same one preferably in maybe white with the stainless and fix the lid trouble and maybe offer the 6 qt and 4 qt I need a new 4 qt one. I would love to be able to buy another one and actually use it and be just as pretty as this one . Please redesign this I do love the look of it especially with the blue colored lights.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smart Purchase I purchased 2 of these in Novemer 2018. One for myself and another for a family member. I absolutely love it. The ease of the instruction's, using one pot for everything, and clean up is unbelievable. Very well made. I purchased the 8qt. We are a family of 4 but at times, it is just me and my husband. Left overs for the next day!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Pressure Cooker I loved this pressure cooker while I had it, but then the lid wouldn't go on. If I hadn't had that problem, I would have kept it. It might have been just the particular one that I had that had that problem. You can't give a bad review for a flaw in one particular item. Every product line could have a single defective item. I loved that it had a stainless steel insert, that it was a full 8 quarts, and that it was easy to use. I hoped it could have been a keeper.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from POT INSERT METAL NOT QUALITY I made my first meal in this pressure cooker and when I saw condensation on the inside walls of the insert pot after I put it in the frig, I wiped it off with a white paper towel and was shocked to see the paper towel was black from the metal walls. I returned it and am still waiting for my refund! I also returned her new book because what's the point if I returned the defective pressure cooker.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Hummm? I was excited to get this however my first head scratch was when they talked about a condensation cup- there was none? OK? Next I've use the cooker about a dozen times. 3 of those times it was like the pot would NOT come up to pressure although I could hear the contents boiling away? I actually had to remove the lid and then jimmy it back on- which immediately brought it up to pressure. ???? I think this pot is good- I just wish it came with everything in tacked. Had a better instruction manual and that you didn't have to dick around with it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Results I used this to cook boneless turkey breast from frozen. I found a recipe on the internet and followed the directions. Everything worked fine and comparable to another pressure cooker that I have. I also used it to cook my sweet potatoes for a casserole and potatoes for mashed potatoes. I used the manual setting and looked up times on the internet. At first I noticed a lot of steam escaping and I didn't have the top turned enough to the closed setting. After I got it to the proper position, it immediately reached pressure and locked the lid on itself.
