Almost Perfect!
This would have been the perfect bag if it weren’t for the flap on the front. Almost no one carries photos anymore and it is an unnecessary feature to this bag, unless it could be redesigned as a built in wallet. I do however love the water bottle holder and cooler features. This is a great mom bag for someone who needs a medium sized carryall. Please redesign the flap!

Flap Pocket Not So Much...
I like everything about this Bag Except the Flap In the front.
It would have been perfect without it.
Love the Insulated pocket ! Wish more of the bags had that feature on them. Please Amy... make more bags with that feature.

purchased this have yet to use it
I am writing in hopes that someone can respond, i purchased this bag have yet to use it because i cant find a matching lug wallet in this design, you have other lug bags with matching wallets with built in security, i may return it if i cant find the matching wallet and get another lug bag that has a matching wallet, can you tell me why this bag does not come separate with a matching wallet when all the other lug bags have the matching wallet.

Great handbag but...
Don't hesitate.
This bag is everything it claims to be.
Very nice, well made, beautiful fabric.
But...it's just way too heavy for this old lady.
So I am returning it.
It still deserves the 5 stars.

Always wanted to try their bags
I got this to use on a "hopefully" Disneyland trip in December this year. I do also have a Travelon I usually use. But I think either one will do the job.

Smaller Than Expected
I love the Bouquet Black and Bloom Black prints and have been wanting a bag in those colors. Unfortunately, they have been offered, mostly, in the smaller crossbody styles. I purchased the new and improved Wings SE hoping it could accomdate what I normally carry in my Gallop bag. I don't over stuff my hand bags so I was optimistic. However, as beautiful as it was, it soon became obvious that it wasn't going to comfortably accommodate what I normally carry in my Gallop bag. Almost everything (except my keys and coin purse) fit into the Wings bag but it was very cramped, crowded and awkward to access. Sadly, I will have to return it.
I really wish Lug would bring back the Gallop in these beautiful patterns. It is the most perfect bag I've ever owned. I get lots of compliments and people asking where they can get one. The style, size, organization, magnetic outside cargo pockets, and four levels in the front are so functional, extremely useful and very easy to access. The inside is roomy with two fleece lined cargo pockets and one large see-through. I can see everything at a glance. No digging or rearranging. No clutter. The outside back zipper pocket is roomy as well. I ordered a few in different colors when it was first introduced. So happy I did, since the bag has been surprisingly discontinued. I tried the Camper and Double Dutch bags but they don't measure up to the easy access and larger, more functional pockets of the Gallop.
I did manage to order a wallet in Bloom Black, as well as a Chuggie. But, sadly, no bag that works. I just wish Lug would bring back the Gallop. So far, for me, no other bag has measured up to it.

Perfect Bag! Need matching umbrellas!
I have over 25 Lug bags (including luggage). I have them in prints and solids. Some of them have the spot for a water bottle, however, sometimes, I put my small umbrella there instead. I would love the smaller version umbrellas to match. How cute would that be! But this bag is great with the insulated pocket. I tend to always carry some kind of snack. I now use the back pocket for my gloves, mask, and hand sanitizer.

Worst Lug Ever!
I literally own well over 100 Lug bags, totes, wallets...everything! I even own 2 blankets! I have NEVER, and I mean NEVER been disappointed by Lug! Until now. This bag is AWFUL. The organization is terrible. The quality is off. There's no key bungee or hook. It's just plain awkward. What a shame. I bought 2...each in a color I don't have yet and now I'm packing them both up to return. So sad because at well over 100 Lug items, it's not like I really needed 2 more, but I just couldn't resist the colors (Floral Multi and Bloom Black). I'm so disappointed they were duds.
