Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed in the quality When I saw this flatware on TV is looked wonderful. When I opened it I was really disappointed. The flatware is flimsy and does not have a good weight. Also after washing the flatware for first time several of the knives were pitted and had rust spots. I would not recommend buying this product as it is not a good quality product.

So pleased when I unwrapped all of the pieces and saw how beautiful they are! I went online and bought a nice Lenox case to keep them in. A great buy!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Expected more from Lenox When I saw the Lenox Millbury set presented on the QVC website I was pleased to see a beautiful set of silverware that I would be proud to set my table with. The presentation showed beautiful stainless steel over every piece of flatware no nicks, or imperfections. So I ordered two sets of twelve knowing that this would be a set that would be lovely for years. The silverware arrived in a timely manner and was nicely boxed by Lennox. As I unwrapped my silverware I was disappointed to find that 4 of the knives where poorly finished at the base of the handle. It appeared to be a defect from the manufactuer. I called Lenox customer service and their only suggestion was that I return the entire set back to QVC at my expense. This tells me that Lenox does NOT stand behind the products that they send out to be sold by QVC. The staff at QVC was not pleased to hear that the Lenox pattern was imperfect. And rather than send the entire set back as only a few where factory defect they took some money off of my bill. I will continue to be a QVC shopper. But as for Lenox they need to realize that for the price of their silverware it should be pristine as advertised.
