Heavy and stiff
I wanted this backpack forever and am very disappointed...it's heavy and after several leather softening treatments, still as stiff as the day it arrived!
The only way this bag would soften is after years of constant use...I didn't return because it was a Xmas present

Quality Classy & Best Buy
The leather, the color (tan), the size PERFECT (not too big or too small)!
I ordered this bag and realized I had not received it. I decided to pay all my flex pays through February and checked for status of this bag. I couldn't believe it said delivered. Its ironic another package I was expecting the night this bag was claimed delivered did not come until the next day. The post office stole my bag. I am very disappointed. I called QVC and told them I never got the bag. The representative was nice and professional and sent me another bag. I'm so glad I did not have to go through turmoil.
However I want QVC to know I have the Ring camera and whoever hit the delivered button lied.
I am going to cherish this bag, it is a gift to myself and my family agrees its BEAUTIFUL. Thanks QVC for supplying beautiful/quality items, awesome customer service at an affordable option....xoxo

Sturdy leather!
This bag is so sturdy it will probably outlive me! I LOVE the padded straps! Very comfortable and plenty of pockets. It is now my every day use bag.

My 1st backpack n I love it!!!
I have been looking for a backpack for awhile now, but couldn't find one that I liked. I seen this one n had my eye on it. When it went on sale I bought it. I absolutely love it, I wasn't sure if I was gonna like carrying a backpack but I changed my mind real quick when I opened it up,the leather is so soft, great quality I would have paid full price if I had seen and felt it n person. I bought the brown.

full leather backpack
I have been looking for a full leather backpack about this size for quite awhile. The straps are padded - bonus. And are adjustable. There are many zippered compartments. One inside... A handle on the top so you can carry it without using the backpack straps. Bonus of a backpack is fully free hands. And less direct stress on shoulders. I carry a number of things in my handbags... so there is always some weight. I find it less painful to carry via backpack. I do wish it was lined inside with a lighter fabric - just to make it easier to see stuff in bag- but it wasn't a deal breaker for me. The flap on the front - there is a fairly secure clip and draws strings inside/behind the clip flap. I purchased the black leather. It is soft- supple. Really lux looking and feeling. It will probably last longer than me.

Nice, sturdy heavy leather
I just wanted a good quality leather backpack to haul my stuff around in. This fit the bill perfectly. It is heavy, but with it being thick quality leather it would be. It has plenty of outside pockets and the closure is great. The zippers are strong and I durable. If I had to complain about one thing, it would be that there are no dividers inside. Its just one big black gaping hole where stuff can hide. A side pocket inside would work great. Other than that I love it! It should last a long long time.

Great Backpack
This backpack is more than I could have asked for. It has plenty of pockets to keep everything organized. It holds a ton of stuff! The leather is beautiful and it has already begun to soften and develop that great patina. I injured my back and needed a classy way to transport the contents of my usual handbag along with my work-related items. This bag fits the bill perfectly. So happy with my purchase.
