Never received!
I ordered thus 2 weeks ago. Never came.
When I got an email asking for a review I checked order status. UPS received an empty box and informed QVC. But they never sent a new one. Just billed me fir the one I never got!

Love this braiser
The 3.5 Qt Braiser makes the absolutely best Mexican Rice. I have a recipe that I have use for years and could never get the texture that I wanted. I tried stoneware, stainless steel, aluminum to no avail. After losing hope, I tried the braiser. Best decision (and rice) ever! It's also wonderful for pot roast. Looking forward to trying out many more of my recipes.

Damaged and over priced
I purchased this for my son who lives out of state. He sent this picture of his damaged braiser. I called customer service to let them know and to re-order another. The white was sold out. I checked online and found this same one in white at Crate and Barrel and Willam Sonoma for $75 less than QVC. Where is the Quality, Value and Customer service? It took so long to get anyone on the line. Maybe QVC should change is't name?????? Look around people!

Yes!yes!yes! Emerald my fave color
I own quite a few le creuset and didn’t need anymore...,but when I saw my fave color, I had to get this! Yes! Those are good quality pots. Because of their weight I am now decreasing size. I took the 3.5 qt and can’t wait to show this piece on table this holiday!!

Fried Fish in it and it did not stick!!!
I love this pan. I fried a small red snapper in it and it released so nicely. It passed the test. Since, then I have used it to make stir fry and stews. It's cooks very well and clean up is really easy. I have been handwashing it because I saw stories online about people using the dishwasher and messing up their pots. So, I prefer to hand wash and dry and put it away.
I really wish they would have this in pink and purple because I would buy them.

Watch For Defects
I ordered one, it had a chip in the handle. Sent it back, and got another one with a pinhole in the enamel. Waiting on a third one thinking I should have just went to a store to buy one. Not worth the waiting, and sending back multiple times.

Love My Le Creuset!
Best tool in the kitchen. I've delayed my purchase of this item for months. After purchasing one as a gift for my sister, I still delayed until now. I am in love with this versatile piece of heaven. The Le Creuset brand stands alone with quality and functionality. I have not been disappointed by using this Braiser. I have already used it several times with the first week of purchase. I chose the Marseille Blue and it's a fantastic match to my kitchen décor. Every at home cook needs this item. Thank you QVC and Le Creuset for greatness in a pan.

Outstanding purchase
This is a wonderful investment in a pan.... so versatile with easy clean up and very beautiful to leave out ...I have the red. It is a fry pan, a roaster, a baker and more...so versatile... this pan does it all... love it!!!
