Rated 4 out of 5 by from TWICE, THEY SENT ME USED / DEFECTIVE BOOTS. REGARDING: L'Artiste by Spring Step Leather Ankle Boots- Shazzam-Rose. I bought these in wine color and they are gorgeous!, but, QVC shipped me used / worn / defective boots......there were indentations and creases all over the leather, and I stuck my hand inside and felt toe indentations on the footbed, and, they smelled like sweaty feet, so gross! I didnt even try them on. So I shipped them back and again ordered another pair in hopes that they would arrive in brand NEW condition and NOT already in used / worn / defective and stinky condition, well, they arrived yesterday, and once again, they are already in used / worn / defective and stinky condition..............there are indentations and creases all over the leather and again I stuck my hand inside and felt toe indentations on the footbed. Gross! I don't know about you guys, but whenever I try on new shoes, I always make sure my feet are clean and I always put on a pair of clean socks, whenever I'm inside a store and try on shoes, I cringe when I see women trying on shoes in BARE FEET without socks, that's so gross!, many people have toe nail fungus and fungus on the bottom of their feet which is VERY contagious! I wish that QVC would include a little note in all of their shoe boxes telling buyers / customers to make sure and wear clean socks when they try on shoes and to be very careful to not make any indentations or creases in the leather. Anyhow, I will be shipping the 2nd pair of boots back to QVC and will NOT give it another try, I give up. Whatever happened to "quality control"? Why can't QVC market used / worn shoes as such and offer a big discount? Why are some new shoes advertised as "as is" condition and yet other new shoes that are in worn / used condition are NOT advertised as being in worn / used "as is" condition? I don't understand it. I'm so disappointed in QVC right now. I REALLY really wanted these beautiful boots but not in used / worn / defective and stinky condition.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love Love Love!!! These boots are the coolest ever!! Beautiful and good fit!! I suggest using the sizing chart. I wear a 10 in US sizes. I went up to the 101/2 to 11 so they would be roomy for a heavy sock when it gets colder. Very comfortable and I don't think they're going to need a break in period!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Funky Boots These boots are gorgeous, unusual, funky and I love them. I usually wear an 8M or 8W depending on the shoe, toe box etc. I took Jane's idea and since I intend to wear socks with these I ordered an 8 1/2 (39 if I remember right) They are comfortable and look great, don't make my feet look big. I got the blue/purplish color and they look great with a pair of jeans. I am happy they were on sale and had free shipping because I normally don't spend this much for shoes. I love this brand because they are so different!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Gorgeous but short LOVED this boot. Craftsmanship was bar none great. I was extremely sad to return but the boot was at least 1 size too short. I order the 10.5-11 and could barely get my foot in.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from smaller sizing I was just at a shoe store and asked to have my feet measured. I am a 7M. I tried these boots in the 37 (which is a 61/2 to 7) and also in a 38 (71/2 to 8) The 37 was good as long as I didn't wear socks. The socks made them too tight width wise. The 38 was large, but I had more wiggle room until I put on socks. Leather will stretch and I considered that my feet will be in cold weather so I want room for socks. They are the right heel height for me and very comfy. I decided to go with the larger size so I can add a small cushion or my socks and also when my feet are warm from walking, they will swell. Hope this helps another customer or two. Just think you might want to go up a size.
