Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worthless Keurig product This K+ Mini I bought Nov 2019 has serious flaws and Keurig knew that when they got QVC to sell it! I've had 2 now. This 1st one from QVC broke in the first month, water intake mechanism failed. I had to turn off the unit for 30-60 sec, lift lid over the kcup again, press the brew button and it worked, for awhile. All this after I recleaned the puncture pins and the entire unit per their instructions. Finally stopped altogether, I contacted Keurig, complained loudly so I got a new brewer which worked for 2 months, several cups of coffee/day mind you, then it started messing up with the water intake process again. Since product is warranted I'll call, complain again, try to get a refund but if not then hopefully get 1 more unit. If it quits then I'll holler more loudly for a full refund! And never buy from that company again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Recommend with caution....... I have had my single PLUS brewer for 8 months. Used only on the weekends. I had issues when I first got it and called customer service # in the box. (I did get mine from QVC) Basically it needed the pump primed; they walked me through it and have had no issues until last week. For reference I'm the only one that uses it; I so far have used only a couple of K-Cups in it (favorite is Pete's-Major Dickinson); and have never used the cleaning cycle for it. The last use I poured in the water and pushed the button and the water would not suck in. I was frustrated so walked away and an hour later it disappeared into the machine but didn't come out. Called Keurig Customer Service and they said it was a plugged needle. ? Seems weird but they told me how to clean it. (was hard to understand the CS person) It's working now again. I believe it was because I sometimes leave the pods in and don't pull them out right away. So, beware it not a tough machine. Take out your pods, run only water through it from time to time and regularly put it through a cleaning cycle. I do like the strong button and the coffee it makes (it IS HOT) but it seems overpriced even under $100. Have not had other Keurig's so can't compare it to others. Hopefully this one lasts a couple of years or more.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible, pass on this one I have had many of the same issues as the other poor reviews. It does not always take the water in to brew a whole cup. It does not properly heat the water at times. It appears this is a defect in the design/manufacturing of this product. I like the strong button feature of this model, but overall this is junk and you should pass on it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very compact Love the color. Fits nicely in my small kitchen. Only thing , my y’all mug does not fit. But found a workaround. I use the plastic tub you get from the Chinese restaurant with ice tea.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful The concept is awesome but the execution is shamefully inadequate. I tried several times to get the water to heat as indicated by the directions. At best the water only got to lukewarm - no good for coffee. I liked the idea of being able to make one cup as that is all I would drink in a day. Furthermore I could not get the insert to insert! I feel it is defective and it went back and I will feel cheated if I am charged for return postage. I shop a lot at QVC and usually get some fantastic items/deals but not this time!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Devastated I Bought This I was thrilled to buy a pretty red, single-serve coffee maker. It worked for one week before breaking. I was devastated. Keurig has made a lot of money selling a product that is of very poor quality. The water does not heat and the on button does not work. I will not buy Keurig again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Another Keurig product that didn’t last You have no idea how sad I am to say this. I had great hopes: a new design, hopefully manufactured well. NO you’ll maybe get 10 cups before it breaks. The water part works well, the brewing part not well at all. $99.00 is still alot of money for an appliance that is poorly made. The manufacturing plant is letting Keurig down. No more Keurig’s for me.
