Comfortable except for 1 small item
This chair is better than any chair I have owned, it is rated at 250 pounds. I weigh 350 pounds. The only issue I have with it is on the sides of the seat towards the front, on each side is an area that comes up is very hard and hits my thighs, and makes them sore. I think it would be better if you could make this area softer for us big guys and gals. I have used this chair for almost a year, and have had no issues, other than the sides of the seat.
