Cheap
It worked fine in the beginning but I’ve only had it one year and it only jumped my car one time. Now the device won’t recharge so I can’t use it to jump my car six months later. I’m very disappointed.It was great when it worked but for the price that was a waste of money.

Great Purchase
I bought one for each family member (3) and myself for Christmas gifts. I used mine for the first time yesterday when my battery died while running errands. The unit was extremely easy to use (great instructions) and worked amazingly. My engine turned over immediately and I drove home with no issues. I highly recommend this product.

Absolute must have.
I purchased my halo over a year ago when I got my first car. And while it has gotten me thru 3 blackouts at my house I never used it to jump start a car until this morning. I didn’t even know how to open the hood. But once I got the hood open and looked up how to jumpstart a Subaru on YouTube, I was up and running. I need at least 2 more Halos in my life. Best purchase ever.

It Really Works!
Purchased this the first year it was shown for my husband. He laughed and said it would never work. Well in January he passed away without ever using it. Lat week I sold his 2008 Buick to the neighbors. It had been sitting since early December and the battery was totally dead. The guys hooked up my husbands brand new charger to the car for one half an hour, nothing, another half hour nothing. Suddenly I remembered my Halo in the back of my suv. I got it out, that both laughed loudly but I said try it please. Jeff connected it the green light flashed and went steady green, I yelled try it Tyler. Varoom! Car started with no hesitation. Yes!Yes!Yes! We looked heavenwards an saluted my doubting hubby. ❤️❤️❤️

Best Investment Ever
We have purchased several Halo products over the years! My husband and I have upgraded ours and passed our older ones on to friends, cause they still work great! I truly can’t understand the reviews that say this product doesn’t jump start their vehicles. Both my husband and I have jump started large SUV’S and trucks. The Halo does an AMAZING job. Don’t listen to the negative reviews. Give this product a chance you WILL love it and so will your friends and family members that you have helped.

Sadly disappointed
I really was excited about this product as I found it useful in my everyday life .
However upon arrival I discovered that it does not hold a full charge and the battery level indicator does not fill passed half way. Even after leaving it charging for approximately 26 hours it still only shows half way charged. I have not tried to jump start my vehicle yet but so far I'm very disappointed. I had an extremely difficult time trying to get it to me with Shipping and addresses and approximately 2 months later I finally received my halo just to be completely disappointed I had very high expectations
so I hope this information helps someone out there. So they aren't disappointed as I currently am.

Works great
I have used this on my SUV more times than I can count. Because I have been stuck at home during the pandemic, my SUV is not used enough to hold a charge. This has worked every time. I bought one for both of my grandsons for Christmas. One has had an opportunity to use it. It also worked for him. It kept him from being late to a job interview. I highly recommend.
