Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worked once I called my towing service to help me use the Bolt. Even the technician, using all provided instructions, couldn' t get the Bolt to work. And I watched him like a hawk.I have a V6 Mustang, not even the size of a Silverado truck. I was not impresses.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Useless I purchased a few months back, first time I had a need for the Halo after using it would not take a charge. So I guess it’s one and done. Don’t waste your money buying Halo products

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worthless I got to use this one time during a ice storm I got to charge my phone and that was it. Won’t charge anymore because the button you push one to charge will not stay one so it can’t be charged. Sorry I ever bought it now it’s garbage.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Life saver SNOWMAGEDDON has been more than difficult here in DFW and Texas as a whole. It’s been a life altering, scary, terrifying and deadly time. When the rolling blackouts started and then stopped when the third roll happened, we (Cody and myself) thought we’d be ok cause we can snuggle under the blankets. Had a super bright flashlight I could turn on to find and put on my bed all my blankets. In the morning my disabled senior citizen neighbor and I were looking for a hotel but my iPhone and iPad were dead, that’s ok I have a charger. Ended up needing to charge my phone 3 times using it for a hotspot to find a hotel, which over the next 6 hours of driving around we didn’t find. Finally was able to bunker down at her coworkers for a couple nights and while I knew we were being kicked out in the morning I was able to get ahold of my coworkers and, you guessed it, had to charge my iPad to get in touch with that coworker. Had I not been able to do any one of these things (I used it for many more phone charges but these were the important ones) my neighbor, myself and my sweet brave Cody would not have survived with the temps our apartments got to. As soon as I can catch up on my monthly bills, I’m definitely upgrading. The pic is Cody in his little fort hiding from my coworkers barking dogs on the other side of the door.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Few uses before stopped working I used this to recharge phone for two days during days long power outages in south. Finally able to make it to hotel on day three. Half power left. Plugged it in to recharge overnight and it will not recharge. This is the first time I needed to use it after purchasing 13 months ago. And past return time. Very expensive and now useless. QVC step up snd make good on this, please!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Meh I bought this not only to be able to jump start my own car, but I also bought it for the electrical outlet. I haven't used it to jump the car yet so I can't speak to that, but the outlet barely powers a 9 watt lamp. That's embarrassing. Do better or don't advertise this powering a lamp.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn't hold enough charge to run the flashlight I was so excited to get this. I charged it up as instructed, tested the flashlight, and put it in my car for emergency. Several months later I had a dead battery, and was actually excited because I'd finally get to use my Halo! But no such luck, it was completely dead. I called AAA and figured I'd make it a habit to bring the Halo in and charge it periodically. I'd bring it in from the car about once a month, and it would be down to 1 bar on the battery life each time. I brought it in last night and plugged it in to charge, and it had just started showing fully charged when a friend of mine needed a jump. As soon as I unplugged it, it was dead. It didn't even have the juice to run the flashlight after just showing fully charged while plugged in. This is nothing but a paperweight.
