s/b called EZ scooter
I received my scooter today and had fun! driving around the house on it, but I was uncomfortable. The seat virtues were extolled during the presentation as being extremely comfortable which I need. I have serious back,hip and sciatic nerve issues . The seat does seem comfortable, although it could be a little larger. My biggest issue and the ONLY reason I gave the scooter 4 stars,,instead of 5, is because the height of the seat cannot be adjusted. I am a tall gal and my legs were in a rather cramped position because the seat is far too low for me. I have an electric wheelchair and I'll still be relying mainly on that for transport. I could put the scooter back in the box but I don't know how to get it sent back to QVC., I live rural and can't lift a box into my vehicle.
Other than the seat issue, I like the scooter, it's easy to drive even with 1 hand. I don't have use of my left hand and was able to use the controls with my right hand solely

BEWARE
Good easy to use HOWEVER it cost $595.00 to replace the battery. Had I known that I never would have purchased it.
Be careful on turns it can easily tip over
Not happy QVC should inform the buyer of the cost of a new battery $1999.99 is expensive .

Very painful to sit on.
Had I been able to try out this scooter before buying, I would NOT have bought it! The seat is soooooooooo uncomfortable. The seat back digs into my lower back. Where the seat back pivots into the down position, there is a knob like protrusion on each side that digs into my body. The seat has very little padding. This scooter is too short and I'm only 5'7" tall. My knees come over half way to my chest! Folding and unfolding the scooter is not easy as the pedal one is supposed to push to unlock the scooter does not work part of the time! Both me and my husband have to unfold it! The scooter arrived today and is currently on the charger. I'm going to make my final return decision after I ride on it but if I can find a folding electric wheelchair somewhere, this thing goes back. For those of you with bad backs, be aware the charging port is on the side at the very bottom. Would have been convenient if the charge port had been placed on the steering column.

This scooter is absolutely awesome. I’m 71 years old and bought this to go shopping . I was always afraid of using the store scooters when going shopping. They just seem so big and bulky, but this scooter is just perfect. It folds so easy and is the perfect size to go through the isles. Love it

Does not perform as expected
Took it out of the box and it would not go over my rugs and had steering problem on my wood floors.
