Wish had longer battery life
Handy and love the sweeper. Just get irritated when ur trying to sweep the whole house and it dies. It does have amazing suction so if u have any type of thicker, shaggy style area rugs, suction is too strong. Easy empty, like I said dropped one star because of battery life.

Does not stay charged very long at all
I love this cordless vacuum however it doesn't provide a very long charge. I usually have to charge it up halfway through my cleaning. Very dissapointing considering how much it cost.

Vacuum does not work after Charging
Why I bought another Dyson product after my first three did not work properly is beyond me. This is no exception. All the lights indicate that it is charged but it does not work when I go to use it. I have watched many YouTube videos on how to fix this but nothing works. This is inexcusable on a product that cost so much money. No more Dysons for me that’s for sure

Worked until it didn’t.
Less then a year and the battery is done. Keeps going in and out after being on charge for all night, soon as I put it on max it shuts off and on, a real shame especially for how much they cost. They should definitely last longer then this. Very disappointed.

{{Worst purchase ever
Over the years,I have made many puchases from QVC, but this is the absolute worst. If I use the lower setting, it won't pick up the cat hair unless you count wrapping it around the roller. If I use the higher setting, I get about 15 minutes from the battery. I wanted to send it back, but my return label was destroyed in shippihng. I called customer service twice for a new label. Although they told me they would send me a new label, I have yet to receive one. Guess they don't want it either. My Shark stick vacuums are by far better. M husband has lots of cordless power tools. Every one of them has a spare battery pack that can be charging while the other is in use. Why didn't Dyson pick up on this technology?

This little vacuum is a great purchase! It’s thin, lightweight, and compact. It really has powerful suction considering it’s battery operated. The head swivels so you can get under furniture and at weird angles. This vacuum has taken a beating in my house and still looks like new. The battery lasts a long time. We use it in the kitchen, bathrooms, spot cleaning the carpets, the basement, and the garage. We actually use this more often than our central vac system these days.
