Rated 2 out of 5 by from An alright product not worth 400$ The fans air output is low. On the TV live it shows jet air reach far distance: no not true it doesn't work even if it's on the highest speed setting still a standard fan blows out more air and would reach farther. Another thing that's false it says it blows cooler air up to 33 degrees SO NOT true, if it is set at the 33 setting it never feels cooler than 65. Although on the live TV they show the digital temp gun it shows 33 but they never leave it pointed long enough for the real temp test to show the true temp. The heat option works very well but it has an auto shut off once it hits your ideal room temperature it stops then when the room temperature starts to go back down it turns on. It's a nice feature for bedtime but it sucks when you want to use it as a regular heater. Heat option worked the best it gets hot quickly. I love this for winter but I wish you had more options for the price you pay. Love that QVC had this on Flex easy pay I love that they offer this feature for most of there products especially when it is over 100$'s it's nice you can do this payment plan especially when you are on a budget

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for my needs. This fan is an amazing piece of technology. For my purpose, it is perfect, but its features go way beyond my current needs. I wanted something for my library that would add a little breeze on stuffy days when we weren't using the air conditioner, and something that would add a little warmth on cold Winter days. Dyson makes some incredible products, this one among them. They are not cheap, but one gets what he/she pays for!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from no heat i should have read the reviews before ordering. The fan section cools and blow fine. The heater portion will not work properly, it seems the fan speed will only stay on setting of 1 no matter how high you set it. Cant believe Dyson sells such a piece of junk.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Useless This product's remote control is horrible, and it is dependent on it. You can't control all the functions from the fan itself. And the battery in the remote lasts perhaps a few hours. TOPS. I ended up using it perhaps twice, and there it sits gathering dust. Wasted $300. Get something less fancy that isn't dependent on a faulty remote.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Glad I Found This Fan! It’s hard to believe there’s a ‘new’ kitchen in the US without a fan, but yes, I have one. My Dyson :) gets rid of those cooking odors and sends them out, when I open the sliders. Not to mention warming (or cooling) the bathroom. I could go on with all the many ways I use this handy little fan. Don’t know what I did without it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DON'T Buy This I had mine for 2 years and loved it but suddenly this year, it decided to turn on but put no air out nor revolve around. When I called Dyson they said my warranty was up and it would cost $400 for a new base! For this price I would have expected it to last longer than 2 years and you should to. Never buying again!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great heater! Great heater that is quiet and works great. I’ve used it for 2 years now and love it. I use this mainly as a heater, the cooling function is decent. But I prefer to use it as a space heater.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Warranty sends refurbished I bought one of these and it was great until the heating element went out. We sent it back and Dyson sent us a refurbished one which obviously didn't work and was fixed. I didn't want someone else's broken stuff. So NO I would not recommend for the amount of money paid for this to last a year. Which we only used the heating part so really 8 months. Plus I ordered the blue from QVC and they sent white.
