Just What I Imagined
Wonderful crossbody. Love the color, smooth texture, tassel, detail stitching, and different compartments. The strap is adjustable. The models demonstrated putting their hand in and out of the purse, zip and unzip, etc. The presentation was on point and a true representation of this cross body size. This purse is not intended to carry a lot of stuff. Carry only essentials like keys, phone, small wallet and small items. In fact you really don’t need to carry a wallet with this or most crossbody purses. I find myself using crossbody purse more than my other purses. Love it.

Another “returned” bag…
Just received this bag which was ordered 5/16. It was NOT in a Dooney bag, had NO tissue around zippers or tassels, strap was twisted around the bag, and it has soiled marks on the bottom & front snap pocket.
I feel this is unacceptable - to be charging full price to your customer for a returned item. This is an “as is” item & should be discounted accordingly. This has happened too frequently with bags from QVC. Dooney Co. NEVER sends out a returned bag. I won’t trust QVC again.

Love, Love, Love!
Finally received this bag in the black color today and I love it! It is a little larger than I expected, and will carry everything I need. I love the front pocket. This is going to be my new hands free "casino" bag for when I am playing the slots! Beautiful bag!

LOVE this crossbody bag!
LOVE everything about this bag! My first Florentine, been wanting one and jumped on the chance when it was on sale. My bag arrived in new and perfect condition, nicely wrapped with original packaging and in a box, had all the papers/tags to get it registered! Size is perfect and exactly as described! Love the different compartments and organization! Love the color, I’m a Fuchsia girl! If anybody is looking for a smaller crossbody, I’m not sure why they wouldn’t love it as well — cause, what’s not to love?!!! If you don’t like or want a small bag, don’t buy this one and then write a bad review! I have about 7 or 8 Dooneys now, love them all and this one is at the top!

More Colors Please
I LOVE Everything about this bag!!!!! I own several Dooney's and this is on the top of the favorite list! Could you Please bring us more shades of blue in this bag? I own many Florentine bags in navy (which are beautiful), But I would like to buy another one of these bags in a different shade of blue. PLEASE, PLEASE bring us more color choices!!!!

this is a beautiful bag but it is so small its difficult to even get your hand in the bag. Its more for someone who carries a small amount of stuff. Teen-ager maybe

Nice quality leather
I ordered this bag in the natural color, and it is beautiful in appearance, but mine arrived with a definite scratch mark on the back of it.
Other than that, it is an attractive bag, with exterior pockets, which for me is a necessity for convenient access to phone/keys.
For the price, the bag should be in perfect shape, not arrived marked. It will have to be returned.

Great Little Birthday Gift
I ordered in the Navy. It is so adorable. It will be a great travel crossbody or everyday bag. I am very pleased. It's a smaller bag, but, it's exactly what I was looking for. Oh and it has a delightful leather aroma.
