Never received item
I ordered this on 11/19/2020 it took 6 days for it to ship. According to shipping information it has been sitting at the Cleveland post office since 11/27. Yes QVC gave me credit for this item, however what I don't understand is the problem QVC has with shipping items. It's not like we don't pay enough for shipping. Then when I went to reorder the item it was no longer in stock. I ordered another item and was promised it would be express shipped and I would receive it the next day. Well, that didn't happen I didn't receive it until 4 days later. Needless to say it was not here for the birthday gift that I had planned on giving. It seems a company the size of QVC could get better at shipping!!!!! I am going through the same problem with another item I ordered on 11/27. Yup, it was supposed to be here on the 7th and it is now the 9th and it's still not here.

Disappointed
I am a senior and have had many Cross pens over the years. This particular pen is very light weight and of such inferior quality that it does not deserve the name Cross. Best suited for a collector who would put on display but never use!
