So Very Comfortable
Based on other ratings mentioning the length and adjustability problems of the ankle strap on this shoe, I ordered a half size up and I'm able to adjust the strap perfectly and the footbed doesn't look large. These are nice and cushioned, very comfortable, and are just perfect!

Ankle strap and top strap are both too short
I loved the look of these shoes and footbed was really nice, just not for me. As other has stated the ankle strap should have been longer but the top strap did not have any room to spare. Sometimes while traveling my feet and ankles have ballooned, and I thought the tight straps would become a problem. Adjustable top straps or stretch would be good,

Ankle strap too short.
I ordered these Clarks sandals, and was pleased with them at first.....very comfortable foot bed with
the Cloud Stepper , nice color & design of straps..... but I soon became disappointed . The ankle
strap is too short. I have an average-size 8 medium foot,...no medical foot issues, but the ankle strap is just
not long enough to cover the hook and loop section , leaving part of the velcro uncovered to rub on the top of the
foot. This sandal would not be a good choice for someone with a high instep. I have an average instep
but the ankle strap is just too short. Didn't want to go to the expense of sending the sandals back,
so I will need to just wear them as is. Disappointed in this Clarks sandal.

Ankle Strap a Little Short
The shoe just arrived today. I am giving it a 4 instead of a 5, because the ankle strap is a little short. My foot has a high instep and I am between a medium and a wide width. I ordered a 7 1/2 wide in black. I like the Arla footbed, but the ankle strap barely fits around my ankle. This is sometimes a problem I have with cheaper brands of sandals, but not something I expected in the Clarks brand. I don't understand why when the strap is supposed to be adjustable manufacturers make it so short. The shoe is very comfortable and assuming the strap stays closed, I should get a lot of use out of it.
