Very flimsy and flat
When I saw the package that was FINALLY delivered (placed order on 11-25-16 and delivered on 12-6-16 - really??) I was automatically very skeptical about what these pillows would look like. When I opened the plastic bag (they were not shipped in a box), they were unrecognizable as pillows - they were stacked on each other, and folded in half. Yes, folded in half. When I took them out of the plastic covering, they didn't even unfold on their own. I had to manually unfold them, and they were perfectly flat. The pillow itself feels very rough to the touch,and the material is quite stiff and not at all soft. I threw them in the dryer on air only in an attempt to fluff them up, but it only helped a little bit. These pillows are not nice, soft, overly stuffed pillows AT ALL. I would never have purchased these had I seen them in person. And they certainly were not worth waiting 11 days to receive. Very poor quality, poor shipping - total disappointment.
