Bloomeffects Black Tulip Treatment Collection is the perfect addition to your daily skincare routine. Formulated with Black Tulip Complex, it helps to hydrate skin for the appearance of a youthful-looking complexion.
How do I use it: Using the spatula, scoop a leveled amount of facial treatment and apply directly to the skin in an upward motion, massaging until the color becomes clear. Apply to clean skin on top of serum or treatment to provide hydration. You can also use as a mask. Scoop a generous amount and apply a thick layer directly onto clean skin, until the color is a purple tint. Leave on for up to 20 minutes and wipe off or massage excess into the skin and decolletage.
Dip the roller directly into the eye treatment, sweeping gently around the eye area. Finish application by tapping your pinky finger until fully absorbed.
