Good product terrible shipping!
I ordered this on December 5th and it shipped December 10th due to arrive by December 24th. This was a Christmas present and finally arrived December 26th. It was held up along the way. But my point is QVC promised orders by Christmas and it didn't make it. If the promise can't be kept then don't promise. This was definitely ordered in time to be here by Christmas.

Nice Idea - But doesn't fit into tight spaces
This was a gift for my husband, but he said although it's a great idea to have the adjustments on the wrench, it is too large to fit into tight spaces and he would not get much use out of it. So, I will need to return it. I'm sure the product is fine though, just may not be as useful as stated.

A Good Tool
This is a good and handy tool for quick adjustments on certain things. I was able to use it to tighten bolts on a bicycle, but I had no success for bolts on a cabinet that were too close to the corners of the cabinet. If enough space is not available on all sides of the bolt, this tool may not fit over the bolt to be tightened. I know I will use this tool when I can, but I will likely need to continue using other socket tools when necessary.
