Different and lovely
Big problem, no timer also bought the snail, they are beautiful but very inconvenient can't run out to the pool every evening to put it on.

Never Received It!
Ordered this one and another one. The other one came but this never did arrive. Showed shipped and was supposed to arrive the same day as the other; but never did. No tracking information.

very beautiful
This seashell came very quickly and it is a beautiful item. Looks so realistic that my grandchild asked where I got such a BIG shell. She thought it was real and that I had been at the ocean. I like the white light for evening and night...the multicolor seems a little dim, but that could be because of the color on the shell. I had hoped for a "clammish pink" color like other shells I have, but this works just as well and is good variation.

Colors are WAY off!
I was sooo excited to order these for my beach house but the colors are WAY off! WAY too much gray!!! MUCH darker than shown on tv. By night they look ok, but during the day they are a huge disappointment. NOT very natural looking at all! These could have been a home run but QC definitely dropped the ball. PLEASE lighten these up and I may try again.

So sad and glad
I just opened my anxiously awaited shell from QVC.
So sad for a disappointing package! Color is all wrong! It looks dirty and dark.Colors and inside of the shell are unnatural. Even looks worse with the colored lights. Both the.sandstone texture and workmanship were great. The timer was a little off.
So glad QVC gives refunds. I had planned to buy all 3 styles.

Heartbroken
Received my Conch Shell today..Well it was broken. 4 prongs were broken off completely plus a 1/4 inch hole broken in the back with at least a 3" crack running down from the hole. Im convinced this was NOT done in shipping, but instead was shipped out this way from the manufacturer. Buyer Beware, and check your item thoroughly. I really hated this because if I had not wanted the item I would have not ordered it in the first place, but this was pure disgusting. However, QVC stood behind this product and resolved the issue. I am not blaming QVC for this, but Barbara King should do some checking up on her manufacturer (Im sure in china) and get this problem resolved. Reputations can take a nasty hit.
