Another Bixby Winner
Beautiful cross. I love the green hues in the stones. I collect crosses and this piece is a wonderful addition. The craftsmanship is superb and the stones have good color. I wanted a cross to wear with some of my other abalone pieces and this one works so well.
I like this size of pendant and also that it is an enhancer so gives lots of flexibility to wear on various chains & cords.

Exquisite Enhancer
Barbara Bixby's S/S & 18K Carved Abalone & Gemstone Enhancer is absolutely beautiful. This is now a favorite piece and I wear it often, alternating between my B. Bixby Link & Pearl Necklaces, as well as two of my scalloped, sterling collars to more fully showcase this exquisite cross enhancer. The quality of gemstones, craftsmanship & color variation is top-notch. This is a must have! Enjoy.

One-of-a-Kind Beauty
I collect crosses and this one is so unique. I appreciate that Barbara Bixby is meticulous about the sterling designs/carvings and particular about the gemstones that go into her pieces. The iolite, though small, is bright without being washed out yet still has a depth of color. I thought it an unusual choice to place a cabachon crysoprase in the center. It is surrounded by gold, which plays off the signature gold flower on the bale. The mother-of-pearl has beautiful, playful color and the carving makes it so different. This is bold and exquisite. Because of the mother-of-pearl, each cross will be a one-of-a-kind beauty, and that makes this a piece worth having.

Poor quality of abalone
This is the 3rd time ordering this. Thought I'd get lucky this time, bot not so. Abalone is gray, no green or blues, very flat colorations. Worse of the 3 I've attempted.So sad. I just want one that looks like the picture.

Beautiful and Substantial
This enhancer is exquisite and the quality is impeccable. It has a very substantial weight to it. I do have to say that the colors appear a bit brighter in the online picture than they do in person, at least on the one that I received, but it is very beautiful. Love it!!

Beautiful Piece
I just purchased this beauty when it was available on the easy pay day. I just can't say enough about the beauty and feel of this piece. The quality of the abalone is beautiful. It seems as if it glows. The carving on the abalone really makes it come to life. I love the size and the feel of this piece. I find myself reaching for it because of how smooth and weighty it is!
