Rated 1 out of 5 by from LOUSY SERVICE FROM A “SERVICE” COMPANY Ordered the TSV HP laptop, arrived promptly & is great. Also purchased the Square Trade warranty. Supposedly the warranty was shipped but not really. Kept checking the tracking of it & nothing was happening. Called customer service & had another one shipped, but again, not really........ Just called customer service again & cancelled warranty and got refund for what was charged so far. Was told the warranty can be emailed to me, but my first impression of this company is bad, so said no thank you!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Should have gone for the "Accidental Protection Pl I purchased this plan for my HP 17" touchscreen laptop. After 18 months the screen was cracked and this protection plan DOES NOT COVER the cracked screen. I did not drop the Laptop, seems that i put too much pressure on the screen when handling it thus the cracked screen. Square Trade stated the cracked screen VOIDED the warranty and sent the laptop back to me. The only alternative i had was to take a FULL REFUND of $109.00 for the warranty and get it fixed locally.. Cost is $219 for a 17" NON-Touch screen or $499 for a TOUCH Screen. WOW!! for the EXTRA $50.00 go for it and buy the ACCIDENT PROTECTION PLAN. I don't recall if the 'accident protection plan' was available at the time I purchased the extended warranty. Can't get anyone from QVC to help me with answering my questions about the warranty.

This is so frustrating as I haven't really been able to talk to anyone who can tell me honestly what the real facts are. I know there is a virus but they still keep sending me emails to buy other QVC products even though I haven't received my computer or my warranty yet at the cost of$800.00. Before I buy anything else I want to receive my paid for items

When you call they just hang up on you.I know times are different but don't sell what you can't deliver.

I immediately signed into QVC to see what they offered with the HP, my old reliables. I love the way they function, the style, and QVC makes the best offers ever with easy payments to ease the pain! I might add that a couple of weeks ago I took a fall while carrying my laptop and it hit the hardwood floor full force, as did my kneecaps and I just knew the whole laptop would be ruined and it was pretty new and beautiful.... not a wound noted to it- the knee is another subject. Thanks to QVC and the quality products and the easy payment for us. Always love the HP especially.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't Waste Your Money I will Never purchase another agreement from SquareTrade! I sent my laptop in because it kept rebooting.Square trade supposed "repaired" the problem. My computer is doing the same thing.I had been working with their "technicians" via phone to fix the problem. At first, I was told it was Windows 10 causing the problem. Then, I was told I didn't update my hp. I sent my laptop back a second time The I toldwas I tried to have the issue resolved 65 days after the computer was returned. I told them they need to check the records because that wasn't true. When that Lie didn't work, square trade told me I have liquid damage. I said if that's true why wasn't I told this the first time I sent in to you. They had no answer for that.Square trade them days I can take it to be repaired by another computer repair company since I don't have a warranty covering spills and I can keep their worthless agreement of there is liquid damage it was not done on my end. To add insult to injury, he said I have a sticky keyboard. Not true. My keyboard had no issues when I shipped it. The representative then stated if I get it repaired, I can still keep my contract with square trade! I wish I had taken pictures of m y laptop before I shipped it off. There is no telling what condition it will be returned.I was livid during that conversation and I didn't hold back my emotions. Now, I have $650 computer that didn't last one and a half years. I will be cancelling every square trade agreement I have.
