Rated 1 out of 5 by from Square Trade Warranty I've originally purchased a Square Trade Warranty on May 16, 2020, when I purchased my HP Laptop, QVC stated it was shipped on May 21, 2020. After not receiving my warranty I called an requested a replacement, the system and Associated stated it was shipped on June 5, 2020. As of September 23, 2020 i still haven't received my warranty that I'm being charged for. So again, I called to QVC on September 23, 2020, which is my 3rd attempt to get a product that I'm paying for....... I spoke with your Associate Tara whom stated she doesn't have an ID # to go with her name. I explained to Tara, I purchased a Square Trade Warranty on May 16th and requested a duplicate on June 5th but as of today I still haven't received the product, I asked if she could request it for the 3rd time! Tara said no, I can give you the number so you can request a replacement. I truly wasn't pleased to know now, I had to contact Square Trade myself and request the warranty that I purchased from QVC. Now the torch is being passed to me to do their job but I still have to pay for this product and inquiry directly to Square Trade. What the heck has happened to customer service and why did this come my research project. That's what I pay you for QVC.... People STOP using COVID-19 for your lack of not doing your job that your loyal QVC Customers like me help to pay your salaries. I have not called because my time is valuable and I have my 90 year old Mom to care for... As of today, November 4, 2020, I still don't have my product. Who will rectify this issue for me. It's been almost 6 months and counting......... I appreciate you taking the time to review my issue and prayfully get me a resoluction, ASAP.

Can not speak to anyone on customer service line due to "This unprecedented time" with the coronavirus also there is never anyone available online to speak with. Never heard back online either. Will not be ordering from QVC until this mess gets cleaned up.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Policy is not what you pay for I bought my computer 3 years ago from QVC. Dell Inspiron 15. Terrible laptop. It has been a problem from day one. Extremely slow but I put up with it until it crashed last year. The Windows 10 was corrupt and this time, could not boot up. Last year, Square Trade told me to take the laptop to Best Buy for repairs which I did and was reimbursed. Since the Windows 10 was corrupt I lost a lot of data even though I had an external back up. Along with that I lost all the Square Trade agreement info. So this time I took the lap top to Best Buy and was repaired but now Square Trade did not want to reimburse me because I did not send to them 1st. I advised I did not have to do that last year and they told me that was a one time deal. I told them the computer should not fail 2 times within a year. Finally after much arguing they are reimbursing me the cost of the actual warranty $159.99, which is very close to the cost of repairs. I still have not received the check, so we will see. Long story short, I will never by a computer from QVC again along with the Square Trade Agreement. Thank you

Rated 1 out of 5 by from warranty for laptop When I purchased my laptop from QVC the customer service agent never told me that the warranty was from a third party warranty. I was asked if I wanted to purchase the warranty period. When I called them to ask about getting a button ,and rubber strip fixed. The man I spoke to told me that I had to go on line set up an account with them prove I paid for the computer back up all my stuff from it wipe it so my info could not be seen then after I was approved I would need to sent it in. This was just to much. I cancelled the rest of my warranty,and from now on I will be smarter when I buy something I will contact the actual company myself to get a warranty from them. When you know better you do better. I now know to ask questions. Costly mistake on my part.
