Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome I love it. You DO have to rinse well but I have found it works best using about half the recommended pumps. I have long hair and I use 11 pumps. I really like that I don't have to wash my hair everyday now. It doesn't have that greasy feeling the second day. It is CLEAN. Also my niece noticed how soft it feels. 06-27-15
Rated 3 out of 5 by not like I tried couple times hoping it work as some people here but I don't like the result of my hair, too greasy. I read over and over the instruction and did try again but still the same. I will return this item. 06-26-15
Rated 1 out of 5 by Not Impressed First, the tea tree scent was disgusting. I thought I'd get used to the smell after a few uses, but no. Secondly, it has left my hair greasy after 12 hrs, despite following the instructions to the T, used the correct amount of pumps for my hair length, and rinsed thoroughly in cool water. "You'll find yourself washing your hair less" I can't justify paying so much to cleanse my hair every single day!! I'm off of Wen now and since going back to an all natural shampoo/conditioner, I'm washing my hair every 3 days. 06-25-15
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great product Love the product. It is like Chaz says it makes your hair feel better and look shiny. 06-24-15
Rated 1 out of 5 by Does absolutely nothing for my hair but left it dr After reading booklet, I followed directions completely. Wash and repeated my rinses then followed up with the styling cream. My natural afro American hair is now worse than it was. Won't was money to return it but won't buy again. 06-23-15
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Product - Natural 4b/4c hair This product is awesome; especially if you mix with oils to add some shine. I co wash and/or deep condition without head with this. This was one of my go to products when I transitioned and became fully natural. It still part of my wash day routine along with the As I AM coconut co wash when I only have 15 mins to quickly do a wash and go. My son son has been using this since he was 5 y/o. I also add oils to the product for shine. 06-19-15
Rated 1 out of 5 by Very Very Disappointed!! I wish I had read the reviews. I followed directions and find my hair very weighed down and looking terrible by day's end. And in the morning ugggg awful looking like I had not washed in several days. Going back to matrix. 06-16-15
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great product I've been using Tea Tree for almost a year now and love it. I'm 64 and hair is thinning a lot and this gives my hair some lift instead of being flat. I have my daughter using it as well. She has hair down well past her waist and her natural hair is very "kinky" and natural color is a beautiful red! Being 30 she tends to try different colors and wen works great in keeping her hair conditioned. She should be a Wen gal for QVC and Chaz! The only thing is the price - while right now I am working and can afford it, at some point it will be too pricy for me. Besides that I love this product. 06-16-15
Rated 5 out of 5 by Trying Something New I'm a natural African American woman and lots of my friends have raved about this product. I've used it twice since I've had it and so far I like it. My hair seems even thicker than before. I love tea tree because of the tingling sensation. I haven't tried other products in this line but I just might try them. 06-11-15
Rated 3 out of 5 by Undecided, But Great For Colored Hair I'm onto my 3rd 16oz bottle of Wen, trying the different scents to find my favorite. I've wanted to try it for some time after seeing all the positive reviews, but I was a little wary as I have very thick straight hair that definitely doesn't need extra volume. I only recently started coloring at home, and I've found that Wen really helps to prolong my color treatments better than ordinary shampoo. My reservation is that my hair condition has not seen a noticeable improvement, but maybe Wen is just offsetting the damage from coloring? 06-10-15
Rated 4 out of 5 by I love Wen l love wen. It does tend to make my hair feel a bit oily when I use it as a styling creme. However, It is the best conditioner I have found and I have tried the majority of conditioners on the market because I am a freak about how I care for my hair especially more so that I can see some of it starting to thin. Wen makes my hair soooo soft. I find it works best when I wash my hair with a natural soap such as castile or any other natural soap. The natural soap washing prior to treating with wen seems to prep the hair and help it to absorb more nutrients from the wen. 06-08-15
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome I have thick hair but Wen smooths my hair I was leary because I didn't want my hair to look greasy I switch off shampoos. Use your own judgement when using Wen., I did not use as much as the bottle says the first time. EXPERIMENT . 06-05-15
