Everything you want and nothing you don't. Rich and moisturizing, these cleansing conditioners eliminate the need for shampoo--and its harsh effects--with a harmonious blend of herbs and natural ingredients that cleans and hydrates your hair so it looks its absolute best. The non-lathering formula doesn't contain detergents or sodium laurel sulfate, which can strip the hair and scalp of natural oils, making it ideal for daily use. It can also be used as a leave-in conditioner or shaving cream. From WEN by Chaz Dean.

Disappointed in this produce I have been using WEN since I purchased it in April. I find it leaves my hair too soft and flat and I do not even do the final step of leaving the product in my hair. I also us less then recommended. I gifted my daughter-in-law with a bottle. She was appalled at the amount of the product suggested for long hair. She now just uses it as a conditioner. She does not rave about it either. 07-19-14
Amazing once you find your "Flavor"!! I am very picky when it comes to hair products. I use only high end products and treat my hair like royalty, lol. I am back to my natural brunette color, I have a ton of long fine hair. I have been considering Wen for a long time but I have been hesitant to make a switch, I could probably do a presentation on the Q! A co-worker of mine has been a "Wen girl" for quite some time & she finally convinced me to take the plunge. I thought this combo pack would be a great way to start, unfortunately only the Lavender gave me the results I wanted. When I told my friend she generously gave me a large bottle of Honey Peach and 613 from her stash, all I can say is WOW! My advice is to be patient & you will find your Flavor. perhaps start w/ the sample pack & a seasonal. 1st rinse hair well w/ warm water ,cleanse with cool- lukewarm water & follow Chaz's nstructions! (btw,I don't leave in at end) 07-18-14
Horrible packaging! The pumpers on this product either don't work or they stop working when you get to the point when there is 1/4 of the product left in the bottle. It is too expensive for this kind of problem - you have to struggle to use the last amount in the bottle! 07-18-14
Best Hair Cleanser! I bought a bottle of WEN for myself a while back and I have to admit, after my first use my hair felt like I had a film on it. I read through the reviews and found the problem. First, I saturate my thick hair with the cleanser (I comb it through with a large comb) then clip my hair up and leave in for the duration of my shower. The very last thing I do is rinse, rinse, rinse. One reviewer said when you think you've rinsed enough, rinse a little more (this was my problem). My husband tried it and is hooked too. Our hair is soft, shiny, and healthy. We recently purchased this variety pack and enjoy the different "flavors". The WEN Cleansing Conditioner is a wonderful product. I hope this review helps!!! 07-16-14
Good value even with expensive shipping/handling I have thick Asian hair and live in the tropics where it is hot and humid everyday. The Wen line really works for me. I can't afford to try too many products due to the high handling costs QVC adds to Hawaii shipments. This is one of the few product lines I will buy directly from QVC because of the selection. About the product (from my experience): 1. Right now, this is the best deal in Wen if you want to try new scents or give as a gift, or like all the scents. I purchased twice so far and may buy again later, but right now I am waiting for the next TSV. 2. Buy Wen. Try Wen, but you have to follow the directions, especially for the first two weeks. After the first few weeks, you really don't need to use as much as the directions say, but you will know by feel when to use more or less. 3. Side note -I don't like the 613 because I think it smells funny, but some people like it. 07-12-14
DON'T DO IT! I tried this and loved it, even called a friend and raved about it. After a few weeks my hair started feeling like it had 2 tons of hair spray on it, yuk. Kept changing hair spray and using less and less. My hair just got worse. My hairdresser, whom I've had for years, commented on the condition of my hair. I told her I had switched to Wen. She told me to stop using it. She said she had other customers who had used it and had the same problem. Since stopping it my hair has returned to normal. I don't understand the raves. This product is a wolf in sheep's clothing! 07-10-14
YUCK! SMELLS HORRIBLE!!! I don't know what the hype is all about for this product. I made an expensive mistake when I purchased the gallon of the Pomegranate Cleanser. I did not find a great change in my chemically treated, dry hair. The smell of the product has a horrible minty smell that turns my stomach. Also, after a several uses my hair no longer would smell clean after washing and when I got caught in the rain, my hair smelled like a wet dog. Ugh, I quickly returned to regular moisturizing shampoo and now have almost a full gallon of this stuff taking up space in my bathroom. I gave some to friends and family to try, but no one came back for more! 07-05-14
Not a Fan. I love the smell of the Pomegranite and the Sweet Almond Mint was not too bad either but the tea tree and the lavender really smelled bad (I even tried mixing all the scents together to cover the bad smell but the tea tree and lavender overwhelmed the others too much), which is why I am sending the set back because I can not warrant paying for something that I can only use half of. Later on I may order the pomegranit by its self because It did smell really good. I have waist length, chemically treated, 54 year old hair and this kit did nothing for the looks of my hair at all. It was still fuzzy looking but it did FEEL really soft when it dryed...too bad it did not look at all soft. Sorry Wen but this has to go back to QVC. 06-25-14
Love wen Wen is perfect. It saves time and money. No more looking for the perfect shampoo and conditioner in the stores and I can go a good two three days without washing my hair, as long as I didn't do anything gross or sweaty! The only two improvements I would recommend for Chaz Dean and QVC first is make the two, four and six packs be customer choice scents in the sets. Every time I buy these big packs I end up trying one I don't like and always getting stuck with the tea tree. Second is to keep all seasonal scents all year long. Every time I I find the perfect smell they quit selling it! 06-10-14
saved my hair! My hair was in horrible condition from bleaching. This saved it and got to back to better than before. BEWARE the one sold on the Guthy Renker infomercials as it is not the same formula and doesn't work nearly as well. The QVC formula is far superior. 06-03-14
great I love the products just wish would get some samples of some of the other products they carry. It's been a while since my hair has felt this good love it. 06-02-14
Amazing Value and Variety Being new to Wen and wanting to find the right formula combination can be expensive and time-consuming when you are just starting out, unless you are lucky enough have a generous friend! I didn't find the travel packs a good fit for me, because the multi-pack is more expensive than a 16oz bottle, and I would be lucky to get more than 1 wash out of each pack for my hair. I had started with SAM and had good results, but felt certain that Tea Tree and Lavender would be great for my fine, dense hair. At the same time I didn't want to give up on SOM altogether and wanted Pomegranate to try on friends and family since it has a creamier texture. That's why I was so happy to see a kit like this offered on QVC for such an amazing value! If you do the math you will see this is just about the BEST value on Cleansing Condition per oz than you can find literally anywhere, neck and neck with the QVC Gallon in June, but half the amount and therefor half the cost, with the added bonus on being able to sample and mix 4 different types. Back when I bought this it was also being offered on Easy Pay, so it was certainly a no-brainer! Only 3 months of paying what would be a fair price for one 16oz, so its like getting another bottle for free, with a great value on shipping. To review the Wen formulas itself; SOW: My starter and a great universal launchpad, my bf has been using it non-stop now! The scent alone is one of my favorites. Tea Tree: In love with the soothing and restorative effects it has on my hair and scalp, this one I keep in longer during my second wash. Lavender: My new staple for keeping my dense hair bouncy and airy. Very light-weight formula. Pomegranate: Very nice scent, almost like medicinal fruit-wine. Nice and frothy and light. This is one I like to use on those I want to "Wen" over because you can really feel the cleansing action. 06-02-14
