Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really works core and legs For those people saying the seat hurts, they are not putting enough weight on their legs while they are doing the exercises. I've been using it for 3 weeks and yes the seat is hard but that is more incentive to use your legs to support you more, which works them better. It also works great to put a 3 or 5 lb weight in your hand and act like you're in a rodeo. Fun!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Save your money Easy to assemble and easy to operate....however, there is no resistence to work any muscles other than your legs perhaps. I got it for my abs and what a joke. The seat is so uncomfortable and the portion to hold on was uncomfortable as well. I put a towel through the opening to have something softer to hold on to. This product is a piece of junk and not worth the effort unless you like simulating riding a bull. Save yourself the headache of returning and trying to get it back in the box. I did manage to get it back in and sending it back. Hate I have to lose any money to return this poor excuse for ab workout. Better quality control QVC

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Torn I like this machine I find it fun to ride. With that said this thing is killing my behind and my tailbone. I actually have welts on my buttocks. I have a gel cushion memory foam pad in a sheepskin cover over the seat Then I stuck a very popular thick rubber gel pad that is used for people who sit in wheelchairs to that. Still hurt. Then I added another memory gel pad over All of it. Still hurts! Still looking for a solution.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fun Exercise Love this exerciser! It will take about 1 whole minute or two at the most to get into the rhythm of riding this - very quiet so you could read a book or watch TV. I would recommend this to anyone - not just friends.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best purchase of at home exerciser evet! Love this machine! Very quick assembly and very easy to learn to operate. Yes, my bottom was sore from the seat at first, just like when you first ride a horse or bike for an extended time, but with continued use there is less discomfort. I find riding so fun that I ride for 30 to 50 minutes per day and I could easily ride longer. I'm a 54 year old female, and I'm fairly fit. I have had major orthopedic injuries though like a broken hip 3 years ago. No hip discomfort. The motion of the machine motivates me to get on and have fun. I watch TV whIle I ride so time just goes by quickly. I highly recommend this machine because you can feel it working the core and because it's so fun you will be motivated to want to get on and ride.

I also am doing an exercise program for balance and fitness on my computer. I needed to strengthen my core and when I saw Kerstin having so much fun on the Rodeo Core Exerciser I thought I would give it a try. It was super easy to assemble and the first day I used it I stayed on it for 20 minutes. I was watching QVC as I was exercising - I made a place for it in my living room! This is the most fun I ever had exercising - I consider it just FUN! It really works your entire core and it does not hurt your back or knees! Since I started exercising, my blood pressure went from 130/80 to 119-70! Thank you QVC for bringing this product to the Q!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Please Read I read others' reviews and was skeptical, but I was drawn to it by the demo. I'm glad I purchased because in my opinion it's designed well. The reason there are no pedals is because you need to point your feet out and use the balls of your feet to push on the bar, keeping your calves flexed. The reason some are complaining of inner thigh rash is because you should keep your thighs spread apart aligned with your feet like straddling a bull to not rub the seat. This works the outer thighs well! Also, remember to lean back when thrusting the groin forward for a greater rolling of your core. Easy and fast to assemble, too.
