Rated 2.3 out of 5 by 112 reviewers.
Rated 3 out of 5 by Difficult to Use I have not been able to work on the picture scanning project I purchased this item for because of the difficulty understanding and operating the scanner/system. On top of that it only holds about 5 pictures before the memory fills up so a memory card is needed. The scanning quality is good but the system is not user friendly. 11-28-15
Rated 5 out of 5 Great Scanner I love this scanner. I travel a lot doing my family history. When I go to genealogy societies I take my scanner with me to get copies of pictures or articles or stories. It has really saved me time instead of writing things down or using a camera, which doesn't usually turn out well. Then when I get home I download it on my computer and to make sure I'll have more than one copy I put it on a disc. 11-25-15
Rated 1 out of 5 by Worst purchase Does not work at all, it is broken, won't even scan.PLEASE DO NOT waste your money, time and frustration on this piece of junk. The pan digital co. according to customer service at QVC is out of business, so could not get any support. VERY FRUSTRATING 10-28-15
Rated 1 out of 5 by Sceamer I got this Scanmer,It dose not work before I send it back , I will buy 4gb micro memory card 07-01-15
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not User Friendly While I am able to scan pictures, I am having great difficulty transferring the pictures onto my laptop. Very frustrating. Not a simple device to use. The buttons on the wand are not terribly helpful. I would not buy it again. 09-09-14
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great for hobbies I tested mine used and tested his great for scrapbooking . I got a red and black I like the black look much better - adds class the black does 08-03-14
Rated 1 out of 5 by Doesn't work and not worth the money This scanner does not work. Wasted my money. To late to return it. 07-27-14
Rated 3 out of 5 by Only buy if you are tech savvy I absolutely thought that this would be much easier to use than it really is. I struggle with it all the time & don't use it like I had wanted to because of that. Otherwise, would make life so easy...if it weren't so hard! 03-11-14
Rated 4 out of 5 by Easy to use Much better than the one I ordered a couple years ago, gave that one to my son. I like that this one better because it has rollers on it. You have to have a steady hand, I like the one I can feed into better, but this one is great for items that can't be fed through the other one like books and old family albums where the photos are taped and can't be removed. 02-20-14
Rated 4 out of 5 by Very Handy Scanner It is really nice to have a scanner ready to use whenever you need it. I especially love it for scanning all the recipes from my magazines so I don't have a huge stack of magazines sitting around. 12-08-13
Rated 2 out of 5 by hard to use It look good on tv but when I tried to use it with windows 8 and a new computer from q v c it didn't connect to the computer like it should . 11-17-13
Rated 1 out of 5 by BAD PURCHASE I had a terrible time with this scanner. Tried for over 2 hours to load the software on my computer. Couldn't do it. Don't know if was me or the instructions. Had to send it back. 11-12-13
